    What would your life look like 3 months from now, 6 months from now, 1 year from now if you start today?

    Counseling is an opportunity for personal growth in multiple areas. With information and support, life goals can be developed and achieved; anxiety, depression and poor coping skills can be replaced with an ability to balance life challenges; live a life on life’s terms. We focus on moving forward and developing a new lifestyle that serves you.

    Solution oriented means just that – we problem solve, develop an action plan and adjust as needed. Individuals we work with are tired of being sick and tired. They are ready to address the issue and take action. While the initial session identifies the problem, it also focuses on initial steps toward resolution. Next sessions are about refining the plan and progress made.

    Brief therapy – is short term. Counseling sessions are tailored toward your progress. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, every 3 months, you set the pace since it is your plan we are working to complete. If you need more assistance at the start, we might meet weekly. If you feel your plan is solid and ready to take action, monthly sessions might fit. You take control of your destiny.
